    Available weekly
    A single-session model is used to allow youth to drop in as needed without the pressure of a scheduled appointment. No topic is off-limits! We can connect you to other supports if necessary.

  • Peer Support Drop-In
    Peer support is a vital link in helping someone navigate the health system, locate, and access community resources, and find their personal path to wellness.

3pm–4pm

  • Education Support
    Join Stephen to learn about available academic programs, planning and preparing for secondary and post-secondary education, and funding your future education plans.

  • Crafting Hour — with Meagan
    Join Meagan from Oxford County Library to make a fall craft.

3pm–4:30pm

  • Youth Outreach & Support
    This Month: Join Caitlin for System Navigation
    This program offers a variety of supports to assist youth in recognizing their own skills and passions, create goals for their future, navigate the various services in Oxford County, and build connections with organizations to help work towards their goals.

  • Big Talks: An 8-Week Series
    Weekly in October & November
    The Domestic Abuse Resource Team (DART) has partnered with Brightside to bring you Big Talks—an 8-week series where you can learn about emotional health, boundaries, and healthy relationships.
