• Mental Health Counselling (virtual and in-person)
  A single-session model is used to allow youth to drop in as needed without the pressure of a scheduled appointment. No topic is off-limits! We can connect you to other supports if necessary.

• Peer Support Drop-In
  Peer support is a vital link in helping someone navigate the health system, locate, and access community resources, and find their personal path to wellness.

3pm–4pm

• Employment Support
  Join Chloe to get help with resume writing, searching & applying for jobs, career exploration, applying online, plus interview tips and more!

• STEM Activities — with Woodstock Library
  Join Woodstock Library for a variety of STEM activities.

3pm–4:30pm

• Youth Outreach & Support
  This Month: Join Caitlin for Youth Outreach
  This program offers a variety of supports to assist youth in recognizing their own skills and passions, create goals for their future, navigate the various services in Oxford County, and build connections with organizations to help work towards their goals.
